time zone

I have black berry server enterprise server 4.1 and that is running on server 2003 R2 sp 2 then I have another server that is small business server 2000 and that is running exchange 2000. Last time there was a time zone issue I had to get with Microsoft and get all these patches and fixes and that worked. Now the time zone switch again and when I make an appointment on my black berry calendar  it is off and hour on exchange in outlook. I am sure I just need the DLT patch for server 2003 maybe but the times all look right and I have not been able to locate these patches. IF someone could just point me in the right place that would be great or give me any information or help

To install the DST 2008 Patch, complete the following steps:

Click the appropriate link from the BlackBerry smartphone.

It is best to wirelessly deploy the DST updates from the BES server using Patch Manager 2.5 located in the DST link posted above by Rogiee.
