Yesterday I was trying to upgrade my BESserver from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 and the installation failed because of error "Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Imnstaller\Blackberry Enterprise Server.msi". So I reinstalled the old version back and restored the old database. The server and phones seems to be operating fine, but now when I try to rerun the install for the upgrade I get an error that says "Unable to convert registry 2.1". I also tries to go into "add/remove programs" to try and do a repair and I can't see the BES server in that mmc. I am afraid that I will have to totally wipe out the server and start from scratch. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me?Start Free Trial
