One of the clients BES server is running version 4.1.4 (Exchange Server as Messaging Infra) which is holding around 380 users. Lately we saw message delays and users not able to receive messages for around 1-2 hours in morning and after that it works fine. However we are still facing message delays.
Now i saw a strange thing. All the BES users are being handled by only ONE messaging agent process. Checked the registry no changes has been made in that regard. Usually number of users should be divided into different messaging agents and by default number is 5 for agents. BUt still only one agent is running..Also we have multiple exchange servers and user mailboxes hosted on diff exchange servers.
Could you pls let me know how can i enable other agents so that load can be balanced?
