Blackberry does not wireless sync with Outlook. But outlook will wirelless sync to blackberry

I have  strange problem. We recently upgraded from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007 service pack1. Every since then you can add contacts and calender appointments..etc to the blackberry but it will not wireless sync to outlook anymore. But if you add the same information to the outlook then it will wirelessly sync to the blackberry. I am stuck.Start Free Trial
