BES don't sync contacts anymore

Hi,
I've been searching through some of the other questions posted here but anything that seemed like it may help did not.  Most of the posts are regarding BES not syncing with one particular user.  My problem is it appears that all of a sudden, maybe a few days ago, my BES server stopped syncing up EVERYONE's contacts.  i have 24 users, and of a sampling of about 6 of those users (me included), I've figured out that it must be everyone's contacts not syncing.  it doesn't seem to matter which BB model they have, or which carrier.  It appears to be server related, but I can't find anything out of the ordinary on my server to suggest the cause of not syncing contacts.  Messages still sync with no problem.  i've tried all the suggestions I read in other posts about settings on the handheld device itself, but none of them make a difference.  I'm starting to wonder if an update might have come down from Microsoft, perhaps to the exchange server,  that would've caused this problem.Start Free Trial
