He has a RIM 8830, are getting service through Bell Canada, and has BES activated through the company, so as I understand it, the BES connectivity is service-independent (I'm assuming, please correct me if I'm wrong).
He's going to Greece in a week, and was hoping to get a localized SIM over there - it's confirmed unlocked - but still get BES connectivity. Is the account data on the SIM? Will this work at all?
At the very least, he'll have his laptop too, so he can use the RIM as a tethered modem, but using just the RIM would be optimal. Any insight (as always) appreciated!
