I have a client who is trying to sync his Blackberry to his laptop. It has been working fine for a while. Now, all of a sudden, it hits a particular entry in his Outlook Calendar (the same one every time) and crashes/exits. I found an article on the web that describes how to generate a debug log (which I have attached here). According to the article, I should be able to look at the bottom of the log and see which entry is the problem - then delete it. However, I can't seem to find the obvious line that the article described.
Can anyone help?
