Blackberry device Red X when responding to e-mails

Hello all I have exchange 2003 and BES v4 running on the same box. Its a bit buggy but I recently started working with the company. I am a domain admin. I notice yesterday I was unable to respond to e-mail coming to my BB, I research the issue and discover this article
