When I relay an Exchange Outlook e-mail with attachments to a Blackberry, the Blackberry gets the message and notification that there is an attachment, but is unable to OPEN the attachment. I can send the same e-mail with attachments to the Blackberry via AOL and I am able to read the message and OPEN the attachment. Tech Support at Verizon thinks this is an Exchange problem since it is the Exchange forwarding that omits the attachment. The mail is not being forwarded by Exchange via the "Forwarding To" and "Delivery Options" tab of Exchange. The Blackberry "Redirector" is relaying the message on to the Blackberry device. Any thoughts?
