jdera is correct - without being on a BES server, the sent items won't sync. For about $15/mo, you can get your own account on a BES server from (http://services.mail2web.

Browse All TopicsJust purchased a Blackberry Curve 8330 and I am having no luck synching my emails to Outlook 2003.
I have installed the Desktop Manager, and the contacts, tasks and calender synch fine.
However, I have no option to sync my email.
I am not using exchange, rather two pop3 email accounts. The emails send and receive perfectly on the bb.
Any suggestions to sync; so that my sent items are "sent" to my outlook?
Thanks.

One other suggestion to use BIS, blackberry internet service, and there is an option in the setting for that to send yourself ala Outlook any email that you sent from your blackberry.

Hi,
My user has a Curve 8330 trying to sync with Outlook 2003 connected to exchange. Am having a similar problem but the synchronization errors out at 24 of 120+ objects in the calender.
Call me crazy but it seems to sync the email and everything else except for the calender.
I have un-installed and re-installed the BB desktop manager to no availe.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Without the BES server this is not possible, desktop manager does not sync email.
