Junk Email Folder Not Appearing On Blackberry

I am often away on travel and would like to be able to access my Junk-Email folder from my Blackberry Curve 8310. Important emails are sometimes found in the Junk-Email folder and access to this folder would be very important.

I am currently using Exchange 2003, along with Blackberry Professional Software.

I have setup the folder redirection (as I have done for other folders in the past), but no matter what I do, the Junk-Email folder that appears on my Blackberry under the desktop profile always says "No Messages".

I am using GFI MailEssentials as my Anti-Spam software. I know that with GFI, the spam is detected at the exchange level. Perhaps this is causing the email to never appear in my inbox and therefore the Blackberry software never sees it? Is there something that I can do?
