The migration document seems to be for an in place upgrade to BES4.1 - I can do that on their existing box but the goal is to upgrade and move to a VM

Blackberry - Exchange Migration
I have a client running Exchange 2003 with blackberry. We are going to upgrade them to Exchange 2007 and virtualise their Servers with ESX.
Questions
1. What version of BES will run and be supported on Exchange 2007?
2. How do I migrate from one to the other?
3. I seem to remember BES had to be on a separate server in the past - is that still the case?

Answers:
1. BES 4.1 works perfectly with Ex2007.
2. You can follow the step by step guide found on the BB website.
I have attached it for you.
3. I am not 100% on that, but i have heard that you get permission errors if its on the same box. We have it on seperate servers and it works perfectly. I guess its your choice.
