Meeting request emails not coming through to the Blackberry handheld Pearl 8100

Hi Guys,
I've got a client with 5 Blackberry Pearl 8100's running on BES on a SBS2003 box with Exchange 2003 on.
The emails are coming through to the handsets fine but when a meeting request is made on Outlook this does not show on the Blackberry, it just puts the date and time into the calendar without notification.
I've gone through some points such as clearing the service book on the phone and re-registering the CDO.DLL and comparing the version numbers. I had it to a point on Friday where i could get the email through but no Accpet / Decline buttons were present and so cleared the service book as advised on one Blackberry forum but this appeared to have move it a step back and now cannot even get the email again (although normal emails still work fine)
Any help would be great.
