Browse All TopicsAfter pairing Blackbery 9000 (Bold) Bluetooth w/ Dell Latitude E5500, every time I log into Windows two messages pop indicating "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" drivers are missing and can't find them by using the default search option (not in the BB Installation Disk, nor through Win Update).
In the Device Manager exclamation marks appear next to two "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" icons under the "Other Devices" section.
I'm able to establish connection between the PC and Blackberry, however while trying to sync via bluetooth I get disconnected after a few seconds.
OS: Vista 32-Bit
Blackberry Desktop Manager: 4.6.0.12
Blackberry Device Manager: 4.3.1.12

After trying proposed solutions (most of them I've already tried even before posting, since my device was paired), my computer continued to ask for the drivers and in the device manager the two missing drivers still appeared under the "Other Devices" section.
Therefore, I decided to install the most recent version of Blackberry Desktop Manager (4.7), but I disabled the Desktop Connectivity and Wireless Bypass since I'm not really interested in synchronizing using Bluetooth.
Thank you for your support.
