To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating. - The Grade of the Solution
- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. I have a new client for which we just move email, through SBS2008, in house from a hosted solution. We have a single user with a BlackBerry. The previous tech claims that he never setup BES for them through the hosted Exchange service they were using. My problem is that the BB user has email, calendar and contacts syncing wirelessly and I do not know how. In the past when I have seen BB that are attached to BES or BPS, the Enterprise Activation page will show and email address and some status info. However this BB show neither. Is there a way that I can tell if the BB has been "Enterprise Activation"-ed or is there a 3rd party app that would be doing this wireless calendar sync?
I need an aswer quickly, as the email has been transfered and we are only syncing email right now.
