Meeting requests do not show up in Blackberry inbox

I have a user that is suffering from the same problem as in question ID:23878874. Meeting requests are sent to him, they are received in his MS Outlook and also put in his calendar, but do not show up in the blackberry inbox so that he can accept or reject them....or know that he has recieved a meeting invite for that matter. I have contacted Rogers and they have pretty much given up, they ended up sending me a new device saying the previous one was defective after we wiped it clean and recreated his account on the BES (4.1). Once I got the new device I activated it, and unfortunately I have the same issue. There are 9 users, and his is the only one doing this.

Hi, check the Microsoft kb article below for instructions on how to verifying and correcting homeMTA information (assuming it's incorrect).  Also the homeMTA value of the account sending the meeting request should also be verified

Thanks idera & garycutri, however I don't understand how either of these links applies to my issue. The one sent by idera seems to point to a page for someone that is unable to accept meeting requests. That is not my problem, the issue is that they don't show up on the device in the first place. garycutri, no requests come through, so checking to see if the homeMTA value of the account sending the meeting request is not feasable for external accounts.

Just check the homeMTA for your internal users.  If this value is not correct BlackBerry users do not receive calendar invites.

We are in a single exchange environment, not sure that applies here. Plus this is only affecting a single user.

Ok, in Active Directory for this user have you checked that the "Send As" permission is set correctly? If you got a new device, wiped the user from BES, etc...then one of the only items left is the user's AD account configuration.

Ok, I will check that. For a second I thought I had a flash of brilliance and figured he may have set auto-accept calendar items on, no dice though.

What should the "Send As" permission be set to?

Permissions checked, look good according to this document. Although, I did get word another user is having same issue.
