We currently have BES Version 4.1.6.10..... how do i start the monitoring application?
basically i just want notified if a particular user(s) sync has failed.... does that make sense?

The installer for the BlackBerry Monitoring Service is in your extracted BlackBerry setup files (or even in the SP6 upgrade files). Please refer to the install and setup guide below:

Hi, if you have BES 4.1 (this exclude BlackBerry Professional) you can install SP6 and in the extracted setup files there is a BlackBerry Monitoring application. Alternatively you can install the BlackBerry Resource Kit which performs such tasks (and much more).
