If the emails are moved to a PST the BES will not detect the changes (this moves the emails offline) and no updates will make it to the handheld. Also sing Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003 isn't great as it doesn't always update exchange fully until it is opened and closed. You can press F9 in Outlook to force an update to the server.

Hi, does Outlook happen to be a newer version on the new laptop? Also can you please confirm that Outlook is setup to store email in an OST and not set to use a PST?
