Install Office and PDF reader on black Berry Bold

I Wiped my BlackBerry Bold by JL_Cmder so all application went off from it, word, Excel PDF reader and Compass for positioning system. now I need to be able to open office files, PDF and use my Compass Icon as before (Disapeared).
would you please advice how I could get those program bakc for my Blackberry.

First thing to do is go to your BIS site and resend the service book back to the bb device.

Hi, just download and install the latest firmware for your device onto a PC running BlackBerry Desktop Manager (This may already be in place as your device is running again).  Then open Desktop Manager > Select Application Loader > Select Add\Remove (if you have an older Desktop Manager a list will just appear) > On the Software selection screen select Options (or Advanced on some version) > Reselect all the applications\services that are missing > Finish the update.

When I searched for updates through Desktop manager found there is no updates. but still the system can't read word, excel or PDF files.
even the prevous link it has nothing to download.
I also download the file BlackBerry_Device_Manager_ENG_4.5_13.msi to sort the problem out but still the same as the system told me that my machine has newer version.

please advice as I need to open Office files and read PDF.

I download the file already on the machine but still  tells me tha "This Attachment Type cannot be viewed on your device"

You need to do the following:

1. Download: http://download.dataviz.com/documentstogo/blackberry/documentstogostd1001.zip
2. Unzip the files
3. Open Blackberry Desktop Manager
4. Select Application Loader
5. Select Add\Remove
6. On the Software Selection screen select Browse
7. Browse to the extracted files and select the alx file.
8. Select Next to continue.

Thanks for that it installs Word and PPT but still Excel and PDF cannot be opened.

I assume that after you wiped or nuked your device using JL_Cmdr the Blackberry Attachment Service was not reinstalled.  Can you please go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications and see if the attachment service is listed?

it is no listed. so could I get it back but when I search for the updates there is no new update.

You can use this firmware:

After you download and install it go to c:\Program File\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader and delete the vendor.xml file.

When you open Desktop Manager and you are prompted to upgrade select Upgrade Now and then on the next screen select Options (or in some versions of Desktop Manager it is Advanced) and check all the required software.
