Blackberry - Winmail attachments with every email

Hi,

One of our clients is getting an extra winmail attachment email with every email he receives. Does anybody know how to remedy this?

Our client uses exchange 2003 on small business server.

Thanks

I think i know what the issue is but i am unsure of how to resolve it. The client has a number of staff in the office and we set them up with email signatures in "rich text" format as we could not find any other way to display the company logo's in the signature.

Is there any way to turn off rich text format at the server end so that he does not receive the winmail attachments?
where r u setting the signature on BB or the exchange server ?

Sure in Outlook, to shut off Rich Text, you need to open Outlook, Tools, Options, Mail Format (tab).  There you will see the compose in this message format.  Your best bet is to go with HTML.  That should be able to handle your logo.

Blackberry has the ability to use a seperate signature.
