Blackberry can't recevie or send mail after replacing the firewall

I replaced the firewall with a Firebox x55E over the weekend, users  can send and recevie to and from thier outlook clients, but not from BB.  I resent the service books to all 4 and still nothing, we don't have a BES, we are running Exchange 2007
