Hi, this can't be done via the device or BES. You would need to find a third party application that adds a signature when it passes through Exchange/smarthost.

I have the same query. I new member has come to the company and said, "i had it at my old company so why can't I have it here".
Therefore he said he had automatic attachment of the same signature that is in his Outlook.
My thinking is that this must be because something was added to the exchange server to apply signatures automaticaly, but we don't have that here.

I doubt it, although may be possible via 3rd party for SIMPLE HTML.
DOn't forget that the BB device handles text best
