Blackberry videos

Hi,
I really need to download and save my blackberry videos to my PC and I'm having a really hard time, my WMP doesn't want to play the 3GP files...I tried to convert the videos and I downloaded the VLC player, although there is no sound???? help me please

You probably have to download the proper codec.  Do a google search for 3gp codec, and install  as instructed.

imtoo has a pretty decent convertor that will convert the 3gp files to MPG.  The link is:  http://www.imtoo.com/3gp-video-converter.html

They also offer a free trial version to convert.
