Where to View Licenses on BES 5.0

Hi,

Brand new to BES 5.0, when I login I get an error saying that I don't have enough licenses for all of the handsets. Damned if I know where to view the licenses in this new spangly web based admin menu.

I can see that there are 21 users listed from Blackberry Solution topology -> Blackberry Domain -> Component view -> Blackberry Enterprise Server -> [BES] -> Instance Information.

HI,

I think that you can view the licences if you go under component view and choose blackberry administration service and click the name of the component installed on the server. There you can edit the instance and add more licences.
I'll double check on our server when I got back to hq.

Had a look there, clicked on BAS, then Component:  BlackBerry Administration Service ->

and get this error:

The application has encountered a system error. Please report this error to the System Administrator. (EXCEPTION-com.rim.bes.bas.servicemanager.ServiceNotFoundException)

Turns out that the customers is going to have a new server installed in the next couple of weeks to it's not too critical now.
