Out of the 9 users that are associated with our BES 5 test environment today, only one has an issue where the e-mails read on her computer are not marked as read on the phone.
The PIM sync works fine and e-mails appear on the device as soon as they enter her Outlook inbox, but the BB device does not seem to update the number of unread messages.
i.e. she can get 100 new e-mails per day... if she reads 80 of those on her computer, at the end of the day, the BB still shows 100 unread e-mails.
The e-mails read and deleted on the phone are updated in her Outlook inbox within minutes.
I have checked that Wireless Reconcile = ON, I have tried the Reconcile Now button etc.. but nothing seems to update the amount of unread messages in the inbox on her BB.
And since all the e-mails appear on her device as soon as they appear in Outlook the issue is not the general syncing or forwarding of messages.
Any suggestions?
