Not sure whats going on here, but I have one particular user in which none of his emails from outside our domain show up on his blackberry. If you go to Inbox in Outlook, you can see all the emails he received from all people, internal and external contacts. If you look at his Blackberry, none of his emails from outside our domain show up on his Blackberry. Inbox and all his subfolders are checked under Folder Redirection. Any ideas here?
