Does BES SP5 Supports MS Vista?

I recently upgraded my compuber from XP to VISTA and just when everything was running smooth, I was unable to install BES SP5 Admin Console, the following error occurs. Any suggestions or Ideas on what the problem may be I will greatly appreciate.

"BlackBerry Enterprise Server Installation Application has stopped working"
