ACT Sync Help

Hi everyone,

My company is currently running ACT 6 (we are upgrading to ACT 10 in a month or so) and we use Handheld Contact to sync ACT with our blackberries. One of our workers recently bought a new BB Curve and I installed HHC fine, however, it will only sync his new contacts to the phone, not the old ones that he needs as well. I really need to figure out how to get all of his contacts to him ASAP, so any help is greatly appreciated.
