How to get the time synchronized among Blackberry, computer and Cisco IP phone?

My Blackberry, computer, and desktop phone all show a different time (with a 5 minute discrepancy). My Blackberry matches the official time (www.time.gov), but the others are all ahead. Is there anyway to get everything synchronized (among Blackberry, computer and Cisco IP phone)?
It doesnt sound like a big deal, but it causes some issues on meetings/conference calls.
