Sync multiple blackberries to a single exchange address book and calendar

I have come across this issue many times in the past few months.
I have executives that need their administrative assistants and staff to be able to collaborate on calendar and contacts wirelessly.
They don't need an ADDITIONAL calendar or contacts, they just need to all share a single one.
Is this in ANY WAY possible?
