Copy files to SD Card for Palm

With my old Tungsten T3 I would simply put my SD card in a reader and was able to back it up on my PC as well as copy the files to new cards as I upgraded size. I recently bought a 2GB card for my new Tungsten TX. The TX seemed to read the card fine when I tested it by moving an app there and running the app. But when I put the card in my PC to copy the files from my old SD card, the PC tells me the disc in Drive K is not formatted and asks if I want to format it. Then when I try to format it on my PC, it only offers FAT 32 and ultimately fails. I've tried formatting the card in my TX and then inserting into the PC again, but I get the same result.

Any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Thanks,
LaCornista
