Palm T/X Not syncing...sort of

I have a Palm TX that I've been using for a while and it worked fine syncing with my desktop, however, all of the sudden, it has stopped working...sort of. What I mean by that is it works, every other time. I have to sync it twice to have it actually sync. The log is of no help as it is identical both times. However, i will still post it her:
