Using Laptop To Connect to Treo 755P For Internet Sharing

I set this up about a year ago and it worked fine. I recently tried this and now it just dials and then retries but never connects to the Treo. The first thing I did was setup a new connection on the laptop to the Treo and paired the two devices. When it dials up you can see the Bluetooth icon on the Treo change to a Laptop icon but then changes back to the Bluetooth icon and then redials the connection. Can some please give me step by step setup instructions to do this? Thanks.
