Palm Pre and Exchange activesyn calendar problem

I have an Palm Pre with Webos 1.2.1 and i setup activesync with Exchange.

Everything works fine except that caldenar items created on the Palm are not "pushed" to the Exchange mailbox.  The reverse (items created in the Exchange calendar) are synchronized with the Palm

Everything else works perfectly
