Outlook 2007

Hi,
I have a problem when loading up Outlook 2007 on terminal service on my windows 2008 server (64bit). It either loads too slow or sometimes i get a message popup saying "Microsoft Exchange is Unavaible". I had to shut it down and reload it again but i takes a good 3-4 minutes for outlook to load. Every other Office packages loads very quickly such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. I have SP2 for Windows 2008 server installed as well as SP2 installed for Office 2007.
