Browse All Topics I have a Nokia 5120i cellular phone and the telcom has locked it. This means I can't program it because those famous "*3001#12345#" and so on codes won't work. I can't accept this, it's like buying a computer and then somebody put a password on it's BIOS.
I'm almost hopeless, but I have heard of a short-circuit you can try on the 5120 that will erase it's program.
If somebody knows of any method that will allow me to gain access to MY OWN phone, please tell me. That's all I want to know.
Thanks.

Check out http://ucables.com and get their NK-567 cable (attaches phone to PC) and use their Nokia Tool software program to read the security code from the phone and unlock it.
