Anextek SP230 speakerphone & GPRS problems

Hi

I am a Anextek SP230 Pocket PC phone user.  I experience following problems with this device like many other users:

1. Speakerphone volume is very soft (can't hear well at full vlume too)

2. Can't browse with GPRS

3. No hardware button to assign voice recording etc.  Is there any way of assigning buttons using software (example: number keys)

4. How to turn off PDA and phone sounds with hardware buttons without using stylus

The SP230 supports an external stereo headphone kit, this should help the volume issue.

Can you connect with GPRS? What carrier are you using?

As for the last 2 questions, you users manual should answer them.
