I get the above error message every time I sync. Also, when I delete email off the Blackberry it does not delete it from Outlook. Instead it marks my emails in my computer Outlook as “read.” Is there anything I can do to correct these errors?

Go into your mailbox on the blackberry, go into the options. Make sure wireless reconcile is on and set the delete on to promt, then save. Then try deleting a message. if it doesnt do anything go into the mailbox on the blackberry and go to the options again. This time click reconcile now.
Good Luck.
The issue you are talking about with “No Outlook or MS Exchange folders appear to be configured.." sounds like your Blackberry Desktop Manager is not linked to your outlook profile (for Calendar, Task and Contact syncing). You can check it by going to the IntelliSync section and going to the options of the tasks for example and seeing if you have something like "Mailbox\Bloggs, Joe:Tasks". If not check the profile selection options. If it still doesnt work or you can not select your mailbox tasks etc you may need to recreate your outlook profile as this is the only thing we have managed to do to fix it.
