active sync

i use windows mobile 5 and active sync 4.
recently after docking it on cradle, it doesn't start to sync.
do you know what's wrong with it?

i restart computer and happened again... never connect.

1. Is the usb plugged in?
2. Is the hotsync manager running in your tray?
3. What did you do right before it stopped working?

hotsync???????   thats for palm dude.


First off reinstall activesync 4.1  (Make sure its 4.1)   http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4c254e3f-79d5-4012-8793-d2d180a42dfa&DisplayLang=en

second Restart your computer

Then make sure your Pocket pc is ON then attach the the usb cable from the Pocket pc to the Computer (Make sure the PC is on) then it will detect the pocket pc .

If it doesnt work then your dont have XP with service pack 2 (that is whats needed to sync)
