Blackberry 8800 - No option to accept/decline meeting requests
Hi All,
I manage a number of Blackberry users. We are currently running BES version 3.6.5.8. This is linked to an Exchange 2000 server. All users are set up on active directory. The majority of users are using Blackberry 8700's. On these devices when a meeting request is sent to them they are able to Accept or Decline the request on the Handset,no problems.
I have currently introduced 2 new users onto the system with Blackberry 8800's. When a meeting request is sent to these devices the meeting appears on the Blackberry as a normal email and there is no Accept/Decline function.
Can anybody help with this???

Hi,
No the versions of ES and Exchange are both compatible with the 8800. Thanks for your input though.
