Consistent Exchange 2K3 Event ID: 3005 For One User While Using Active Sync

I am currently running an Exchange 2K3 Server and recently deployed both Blackberry Devices with a BES Server and Motorola Q phones using Active Sync. Everything has rolled out well except for I have one of the users on the Q phone having difficulties with her Active Sync. She keeps receiving Support Code:0x86000108 on her phone when synchronizing ONLY if her email is checked in the synchronization options on her phone. If email is not selected, she can synchronize without any errors at all.

Also, on the Exchange 2K3 Server I keep getting the following error whenever she attempts to synchronize her mailbox:

Event ID: 3005
Source: ServerActiveSync

Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [FOURSQPX.FOURSQP.LOCAL] User: [UserX@fsqp.com] HTTP status code: [500]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.

This is the only user that is getting this particular error and it is just when her email is selected in the synchronization options. You can see as the mail is starting to be synchronized on the phone the error appears immediatley after. Her exchange mailbox is about 1 GB, but I have a couple of users with slighly bigger mailboxes that are not having that trouble. Any assistance you can provide on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

I would suspect a corrupt message in the mailbox. Does it look like it gets stuck on a message before producing the error?

Does the phone sync via USB/cradle?

Some help to troubleshoot:

I have also seen this when the user does not have an email address in the default domain (so domain.local).

Simon.
Go to Exchange System Manager -> Administrative Group->Servers-> (If you have a Front-End/Back-End (FE/BE) scenario like me you will have to do this fix to both machines.) Server Name->Protocols-> HTTP Exchange Virtual Server->Right click on the "Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync" and click Delete. Right click on the "Exchange Virtual Server", click New, and then Virtual Directory.Under Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync -> "Exchange Path" click "Exchange ActiveSync".Then OK.

It should work
