We have two Symbol MC 3000 scanners at work that have suddenly stopped connecting to the PC via activesync. There has been no changes to the pc or any new software installed or changed to the configuration of the pc. I have upgraded Activesync to 4.5 and have uninstalled the scanner and reinstalled it. I've logged on with a new profile but the same thing occurs. Activesync tries to connect and says USB is available but nothing happens. These two scanners have been working for months up until now and I can't figure out what could possibly be stopping it connecting to the PC.
Any help would be appreciated.
