Is it possible to setup a Blackberry to sync with Exchange like WIndows Mobile does? If so, how? If not, what is the best solution for keeping her in sync at all times?
I'm running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. Workstation is XP with Office 2007.

If you want wireless synch then look into getting the BES Express server.
If you use a blackberry express server you can activate 1 BB for free.
http://www.blackberry.com/
In this way you can link the blackberry to your BES server.
I hope this helps !
If the BlackBerry has a BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS) plan she need to add her e-mail address to the BIS site (if you have also OWA).
If the BlackBerry has an Enterprise (BES) plan you can setup a BES Express as SysExpert says. Or she can wired synchronise with the Desktop Manager http://BlackBerr.com/go/do
Final it is possible to get a Hosted BES solution (replicating her mail box).

Bob
Whan you say 'sync with Outlook" do you mean have it send/receive email using the same account as Outlook, or do you mean you want it to sync data such as contacts, calendar, notes etc. from outlook to BB? The BB can sync all these wirelessly ONLY with a BES server (in-house or hosted) BES Express is free for 1 user and is pretty straightforward to implement. Without a BES server, the user will need to physically connect the BB to the PC. You will need to configure her PIM (Personal Information Manager) mapping from the BB desktop manager software. In versions v4.1 and earlier this is done through the Intellisync, if desktop mgr v4.2 it's under the synchronize icon. If you need help configuring the desktop manager software there's a pretty good walkthrough here:

Good luck & let us know.
