I have the same exact Treo with the same problem. did you ever resolve this?

Browse All TopicsCalendar items are not syncing on several Treo 700P with Versmail setup with an exchange active sync account. Contacts, E-mail sync just fine. This is happening on all but one users phone. The server environment is sbs2003 with exchange, nothing fancy.
No error messages are displayed during a wireless sync operation, and you can see it seems to be pulling calendar items during the sync (you can see the name of calendar records as it performs the sync operation). But after the sync, no items appear in the calendar section of Versamail.
Using Palm Desktop 5.0 software with the 3.5 Versamail that came bundled with it. Called Palm/Verizon several times, the best they could come up with is corrupted records in the Calendar. Trying to escalate the call at Palm, but that is taking days.
Strange thing is that the users were using 650P until a week ago, and all items synced just fine. Anyone had a similar experience to this, or suggestions?

Problem solved for me. Keep in mind that I was doing wireless activesync (Versamail) w/ Exchange.
I called Verizon and they got a Palm rep on the phone. The tech had me check the phone version (1.1 something) and the Versamail version which was 3.5.1. She said it needed to be 3.5.4. I had a little trouble with the upgrade and then I had to hard reset it but I finally got it working. Now it syncs OTA perfectly and in real-time. No more "sync every 15 minutes" or whatever. Calendar, Contacts and email all work great.
Total time resolving this was well over 2 hours though.

No particular eperience, but upgrading acuses issues.
10 Try synching on a different computer ( no previous install of Palm sync ).
2) Try creating a NEW windows User, and install from scratch with full local Admin rights, and see if that helps.
