Windows Powered Pocket PCs

i'm thinking of buying the Windows Powered Pocket PCs but not sure from where to start, is there anybody suggest any model?

the purpose of using: should be able to open PDFs, Word DOC, INTERNET ACCESS (wireless, not to the subscriber but Internet access home or anywhere through wireless)
