Signature on BlackBerry will not change from "Sent from BlackBerry" after changing it in 3 different locations.

I have a user with a BlackBerry Curve that couldn't change her signature from her BlackBerry from the default "Sent from my BlackBerry" so I tried changing it from the option on her Desktop Manager.  When that didn't work I tried changing it from ther BES server but that didn't work.  After several other unrelated issues I wiped her phone, resolved those issues but this one still remains.  
Another user from the same company does not have this problem at all.
