I cannot change the password on my Palm T/X any body know how I can dump/sync without password.

I cannot change the password on my Palm T/X any body know how I can dump/sync without password.  The current password is unknown.  I am mostly interested in getting all of the info off in any way I can.  I have tried the suggestion to got prefs-> Security -> password -> -assigned- -> 123 -> delete old password; the device resets and the password field is still left -Assigned- ; the Palm tech says that doesnt happen on his palm. The reset part does not happen to the palm tech.  Please help!!Start Free Trial
