Nokia E71: Duplicate calendar entries, and e-mail folders from outlook not showing

Hi Everyone,

I just got a nokia E71 and i sync it with my xp  laptop.
At the begining everithing seems fine, then i start to get duplicate entries for may calendar or even 5 times the same meeting, what did I do wrong?

Another thing is that i can't see the folders in my email, only the inbox of my outlook, is there anything i can do in order to have the folders displayed on my phone also.

I mention that i use email exchange for croporation email.

Try turning off cached exchange mode, and see if you still get duplicate entries

That didn't work.

Now i get all the 5 duplicate entries from my phone to my laptop as new meetings when i sync, so i have in my laptop now also 5 times the same meeting, but not becuse your advice, but because I played some more with the settings.
The folders from my outlook still can't be displayed in the phone, only the inbox

Didn't totaly solved my problem, i finaly decided to turn off the rules on my outlook as long as I am on mobile, so i will recieve everything in inbox,
And dupplicates seems to have been solve, but i don't know how.
