I just answered this question for another person (like 15 minutes ago).

Download and install the same version of Palm Desktop the data is from. Put the data where it belongs (I don't have my PC with me, so I can't tell you exactly where, but you can search for the databook.dat file that was created when you installed Palm Desktop and overwrite it with your copy.) Make sure you keep a backup copy of the file.
Now, go here:

and follow the instructions. This will allow you to copy the data into Outlook, or you can leave it on Yahoo.
You should be fine after that.
