I don't have the handset at yet. A colleague is considering it and wanted to confirm whether that limitiation on the E71 has been removed on the E72/E75/E90.

Does Mail for Exchange on Nokia E72 and E75 allow sync of other Exchange folders and not just Inbox
I previously had a Nokia E71 and used Mail for Exchange to connect to my hosted Exchange mailbox. I was disappointed that it only allowed me to synchronise with the Inbox, and not any of the other customer folders I have in my mailbox.
I see that Nokia's new E71 and E75 have a new version of Mail for Exchange but I've been unable to confirm whether it's been updated to allow syncing with other, non-Inbox, folders.

Go to the folder list on the top left and click on inbox. You should see a "More Folders" option at the bottom. From here select the subfolder that you want to sync and choose -Options- Folder settings, "Yes or No" and how many days to go back.
